The 5X crawler-type full feeding model is designed for high-efficiency agricultural harvesting with strong durability and advanced engineering. The machine measures 5,000 × 2,530 × 2,880 mm and has a total weight of 3,720 kg (including cabin/canopy), with a 350 mm ground clearance suitable for varied field conditions. It delivers a production efficiency of 0.55–0.95 hm² per hour, maintaining fuel consumption at ≤32 kg/hm², with a feed quantity of 6.0 kg/s. Powered by a 5K99-V, 102 HP engine, it features a 4-cylinder water-cooled turbocharged system with Rated 100 HP Stage II performance and a rated speed of 2,600 r/min, supported by a 160-liter fuel tank for extended operation.
The track system includes 90 mm × 56 × 550 mm track sections, stronger rollers, and a 1,250 mm track distance between two gauges, enabling a theoretical operating speed of 0–8.2 km/h. The reel uses an eccentric gear type mechanism with a 900 mm diameter and 5 plate quantity, while the cutter bar lifting device operates through hydraulic lifting jack cylinders with a 2,200 mm cutter width. The cutting bar adopts a pin tooth axial flow type, complemented by a threshing system featuring a front thresher and a rear thresher measuring 620 × 2,210 mm, both fully interchangeable.
Additionally, the machine includes a pin tooth type rethresher, a sieve-type concave grid, and an advanced 56HST + 95 gearbox transmission system. Grain unloading is achieved through 360° unloading with large capacity grain tank filtration, supported by a 1.6 m³ new-type grain tank capacity, ensuring efficient harvesting, smooth grain handling, and reliable performance across different soil and field conditions.
